In conjunction with the Boyle County Health Department, Boyle County Schools reviewed the Department of Public Health's COVID-19 incidence matrix today, and Boyle County is still well within the “red” level. Unfortunately, we will not be able to open the elementary schools to in-person learners next week.
Furthermore, the District has decided to remain fully virtual through at least Wednesday, Jan. 6. We will review the matrix on Thursday, Dec. 31 to determine if the virus numbers are low enough for us to return on Jan. 6.
Food service information is forthcoming.
We hope to welcome back our in-person students on Jan. 6.
